Tentsile Connect Tree Tent - 2 Person Capacity

The Tentsile Connect Tree Tent is the iconic 2 person model available. It's ideal for couples or solo travelers to comfortably sleep suspended in the middle of the tree tops, admiring the breathtaking views.

The Connect is easy to carry around, weighing only 9.5 kgs. It takes 15 minutes to set it up, but after that, you'll want to stay inside of it, gazing the branches, surrounded by leaves, refreshing clean air and the sound of a stream below you.

This treetent comes with 4 doors to easily climb inside of it, offers protection from elements such as rain, dew, or insects. It us UV resistant, Fire Retardant, and it can hold up to 880 lbs of weight.

The Connect is the tent that will allow you to take your camping to another level, to achieve true freedom whilst enjoying the outdoors. It features an adjustable double hammock bed with 2 large pockets on each side, for each person.

It comes with full no-see-um mesh top with four fold away doors and a removable rain fly, to allow you to gaze at the stars at night, or flood the tent with vital sunlight.

The Rainfly can be pegged out towards the ground, creating a large 120 squared feet covered porch area, and a multi-story camping base. It can be suspended between three strong anchors, such as trees, trucks or boulders.

Connect Hacks:

  • Hook up 3 Connects together to create the Trilogy Super Tent (See Video Below).
  • You can sleep three by just adding a Trillium Hammock underneath the tent.
  • The Rain Fly flaps can also be folded underneath the tent and hooked to each other, creating a windbreak and a thermal buffer.

Ideal for a 4 season camping.

An epic naval history decades in the making
Format: Hardcover
Excellent ending to Dr. Rodger's three book series "A Naval History of Britain", with the same level of detail and interesting presentation of facts I have come to expect from reading other of his works over the years. For anyone interested in a comprehensive naval history of Britain (from which the US Navy inherited much of its tradition), I would highly recommend this series. In addition, "The Wooden World: An Anatomy of the Georgian Navy" is also quite a good read. My (incomplete, sadly) collection of Dr. Rodger's works will continue to hold a special place on my naval history shelf for easy reference in the future. I also hope Dr. Rodger's health has improved. The shipper unfortunately did not pack this book well, resulting in minor damage (mostly cosmetic - book is still entirely readable).

Answers Many Questions about Naval Developments
Format: Hardcover
The history offers a detailed and well organized account of the Royal Navy as it transitioned from sail to steam. Coverage included personalities, technology, tactics and strategy. The combination provided a complete appreciation of the dynamics at play, some unexpectedly. The details might be a bit much for a casual reader but offered plenty of avenues for research not available or compiled in one source. I look forward to the final volume, which should describe another watershed era.

Great Book with a different perspective
Format: Hardcover
This will be a short review of a very long book. I ordered the book expecting more of a history of the British Navy, but this is more of a history of Britain with respect to its navy. It is still excellent and authoritative, just different than I expected. I really appreciate a somewhat different perspective than I have found in some other books. For example, any discussion of Jackie Fisher I have read previously seemed to border on the hagiographic, whereas here he seems to get a very evenhanded appraisal. A great book, highly recommended.
